New Procedure for Registration

The registration deadline is Friday, August 24th at 6:00 PM. The first 90 (ninety) entry forms received will be entered into the event. All entries over 90 teams will be placed on a waiting list in order of receipt.

Entries may be delivered to the Golf Shop via three options:

Fill out and send this electronic form (Click "Send Request" at bottom when complete)
Mailed via any postal service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) if you print the form
Hand delivered to the Golf Shop if you print the form
