Concierge Services at the Golf Clubhouse now at Beach Club

Concierge services previously available at the Golf Club are now available at the Beach Club. Please call the main number 904-273-3700 or email [email protected] if you have any questions.

Concierge
Until the main level of the building is ready, the concierge will move to the Beach Club and be available from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Tuesday – Friday, and 9:00am – 4:00 pm on Saturdays for members needing a decal, bar code, passes, etc. The Concierge phone number of 904-273-3700 will be available for calls. 

Payment/DropBox
As we start the last phase of construction, we will not have an appropriate spot to house a payment dropbox. Anyone wishing to drop off payment can do so at the concierge desk at the Beach Club.

Staffing
Since the golf operation is on the lower level of the new building, the golf staff will move directly into their new spaces. However, given that our administrative staff offices will be on the main level of the new Clubhouse and won't be ready for some time, we're temporarily moving a few admin staff into a multipurpose space on the lower level of the new building. The remainder will work remotely until we're able to occupy the main level office spaces. Email will be our preferred communication platform for the next month or so as our staff will be more readily accessible via this method.
